30% 6 weeks before your arrival and the balance 15 days before your arrival.

No reservation will be confirmed by phone. Any additional person not notified in the contract will cancel your booking.
TO BRING: Bed sheets, towels.
1 general security deposit check of €500 and 1 cleaning deposit check of €150.
These checks will be returned within 15 days or after the inventory.
Rental with pets: Security deposit of €550 and cleaning deposit of €150.
